Kira graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences in 2024, building on her diploma in Human Kinetics (Kinesiology) from Okanagan College.
With a background in ballet, Kira’s passion for movement has always been central to her life. After transitioning from dance due to injuries, she explored various forms of movement and outdoor activities, furthering her knowledge of the body. This led her to yoga teacher training and eventually kinesiology. During her studies, Kira developed a desire for a more hands-on approach to supporting others in their physical health, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in massage therapy.
Kira integrates her kinesiology background with massage therapy to assist clients in regaining function, reducing pain, and improving overall well-being. She is committed to providing an inclusive environment where each session is tailored to meet individual needs and goals.

I know first hand the transformative power of manual therapy. Massage therapy is an approach that encompasses so many spectrums in the therapeutic arts, and requires both skill and intuition in its modality. When it comes to pain management of soft tissue dysfunction, having an effective personalized pain care plan is imperative to the healing process. It requires trust and respect, and is the foundation that allows the process of moving toward the desired outcome.
I will customize a plan to create long-term benefit and I encourage my clients to feel empowered to participate in their own physical and mental health through personalized education-base home-care for their own particular needs.
My hope is to be a part of your journey by offering you the tools that will help promote the wellbeing in a holistic way.
